Here we differentiate between technical and non-technical positions:
Steps for technical positions
- A recruiter will contact you. He or she asks supplementary questions, reviews your experiences and expectations, as well as the earliest possible starting date and your salary expectations.
- If all elements are a match, we will arrange an appointment with you.
- You have a personal conversation with our HR and hiring managers.
- Next is a technical interview with your future teammates, ideally on the same day.
- In exceptional cases, such as for executive or international positions, there will be an additional interview or Skype call with the respective candidates.
Steps for non-technical positions
- A recruiter will contact you. He or she asks supplementary questions, reviews your experiences and expectations, as well as the earliest possible starting date and your salary expectations.
- If all elements are a match, we will arrange an appointment with you.
- You have a personal conversation with our HR and hiring managers.
- In addition, a personal meeting or telephone call with your future head of department will take place with selected candidates.
